Before everyone set off to see their friends and family for the Thanksgiving break the brothers of Lambda Chi Alpha [ΣNZ] decided to have a little Thanksgiving dinner of their own. This year’s Watermelon Bash was turned into a week long event that pitted some of Texas Tech’s sororities against each other in a competition to promote and collect food for the South Plains Food Bank. The sororities that took part in this year’s event were Delta Gamma (ΔΓ), Kappa Delta (KΔ), Alpha Delta Pi (ΑΔΠ), Chi Omega (ΧΩ), and Alpha Chi Omega (AΧΩ).
