Wanted to give everyone a State of the Fraternity House update.

I hope everyone is safe during this difficult time and wanted everyone to know that the Fraternity House is closed until further notice. We will open again as local, state, and Federal guidelines permit.

Wanted to thank everyone who contributed to the Fall Raffle. Your support has helped provide funds for much needed maintenance, repairs, and upgrades to the house as well as a reserve for emergencies as needed.

For those who have contributed before the Fall Raffle I want to take the time to thank you. I don’t know if each of you received the proper thanks, but I want each of you to know we do appreciate your efforts and do apologize if you have not received a proper response.

For all our supporters I would like to discuss where we are with the House and what plans we have.

• During this year we have conducted numerous repairs and upgrades:
• Fixed external lighting system.
• Adding motion detection lighting.
• Installed auto locked deadbolts on primary points entry.
• Put in keyless locks for all tenants.
• We have serviced the entire A/C and heating system.
• Installed Wi-Fi thermostats to control utility costs.
• Fixed numerous windows.
• Put in CGFI outlets near any water

• We also have a list of future projects which include:
• Upgrading the security system
• New floors for the TV room and basement
• Stabilizing the Gazebo
• Replacing fascia boards and trim boards on the outside of the house
• Replace 4-ton A/C unit
• Cosmetic repairs
