Hello brothers,

I wanted to update you on the current plans for White Rose. Dates (as you know) are April 24-25. Both nights will be at The Ranch at Reese Events Center. Friday night will be meet and greet reception at the “50 Yard Line Building” at The Ranch, (not the old restaurant on south loop 289) from 7-11pm with cash bar and heavy hors d’oeuvres.

We are working to put together a philanthropy event that the alumni and chapter members can both take part in late morning/early afternoon on Saturday. Saturday nights formal should begin at 6pm and we have both the large “Party Barn” and “The 50 Yard Line Building”. The plan is for dinner, cash bar, awards and possible key note speaker in the Party Barn.

This is what we have so far and we are still working out other details for the weekend as well as the final budget

I can safely say that the chapter leadership is taking ALL steps  to make this a success this year and want to impress the alumni. I will keep you informed as more details come about.
